| Similar to last year all entries are as individuals and this covers all UKA age groups and U11’s i.e. over 8 on the day of the race. Masters awards will be decided in 5 year age groups. Timetables and maps of the course(s) will be emailed approximately one month before each of the events and will also be published here when received. Host clubs are therefore asked to send (email) the GAAA webmaster a copy of all their event info sent out to ensure web publication. As a rough guide to each days' programme of events should start at about midday with the last race starting at about 2:40. | |||

| Finally it has been difficult to arrange the four fixtures this year and I would liketo invite all clubs, including
those outside of Gloucestershire, to consider hosting an event in 2013/14. N.B. The date for Gloucestershire AAA CC Championships is the recommended date of 5 Jan 2013 and Gloucestershire clubs are invited to offer to host it.
